Support – Zip your Lips!#
Questions, problems or feedback? Email us at hello@pakumedia.de. We usually reply within 2 business days.
Delete your account#
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and its data are deleted permanently. Some data remains, such as your drawings in other players' match history and in their favorites. The Privacy Policy (section 6) explains exactly what remains and how to have your record at our subscription provider RevenueCat deleted. You can also request deletion by email to hello@pakumedia.de – please write from the email address you signed in with, or include your display name and friend code. We check the request before we delete anything and ask for more information if needed.
Important: Deleting your account does not cancel an active Party Pass. Cancel it first (see below).
Cancel the Party Pass#
On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Zip your Lips!. Or in the app: Settings → Party Pass → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, otherwise the subscription renews automatically.
Restore purchases#
New device or signed in again? In the app: Settings → Party Pass → Restore purchases. You need to be signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
Refunds#
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
Report content or players#
In the app, use the menu on the player or content (profile, drawing, live video, custom deck). You can block players there too. You can also send notices about illegal content to hello@pakumedia.de (German or English).
Turn off stats & error reports#
In the app: Settings → Legal → Share stats & error reports. One tap is enough. The app then stops sending stats and error reports from this device and deletes data not yet sent from your device. The app has stats and error reports already sent deleted at PostHog, without you having to email us or delete your account: the data under this device's random identifiers, even if your consent belongs to no account (as soon as an account is signed in on the device, a guest account too), and the data linked to your player ID if you are signed in with the account your consent belongs to (otherwise as soon as you sign in with it on this device again). PostHog then removes the data with a delay, usually within a few days. We have data under an earlier random identifier that was never linked to an account deleted once nothing has come in for them for 12 months. If another account signs in on the device, your consent does not apply to it, and the app asks again; this does not delete data already sent. Details are in the Privacy Policy (sections 3.15 and 5).
