How do I get a Gold stamp?#

Gold is only awarded on site. Go to the place, open it in ROAMR and tap “Check in here”. The app checks your location for a few seconds and our server decides. If you are just outside the zone, walk a few steps closer and try again. Gold can also come from friends confirming a visit you made together.

What are Bronze and Silver?#

Bronze and Silver are your own statement (“I've been there”). They count towards your level, but not for stamps, leaderboards or friends.

A place is missing#

Tap “Missing a place?” in search or on the map and send it to us. We keep extending ROAMR and do our best to add suggested places in upcoming updates.

ROAMR Pass#

You can buy the Pass in the app as a yearly pass (with a free trial) or as the “Forever” pass. Cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings under [your name] › Subscriptions. On a new device, use “Restore purchases” in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account#

In the app under Settings › Delete account. Your account and collection are deleted. This does not cancel a running subscription; do that with Apple.
